Each of our rock-climbing sessions includes a briefing where we teach you about the safety of climbing in our arena, how to use the harnesses, etc. Because of this, we advise that you arrive promptly for your booked time slot.
For a fun-filled, action-packed day at Rock Up, you don’t need any prior rock-climbing experience – just Rock Up in your trainers and comfortable clothing, and we have everything else you need.
In addition to our comprehensive climbing area, we also have soft play for little ones. Let them run free and explore the slides, climbing walls, and ball pools as they develop their confidence and coordination and play with their peers.
