What is the cancellation policy for climbing parties at Rock Up Birmingham? To receive a refund, you must cancel your party at least two weeks in advance.

What if I don’t book the right number of climbers for my party in Birmingham? No worries! You can adjust your party numbers up to 3 days before the event (subject to availability). Refunds are available with at least 3 days' notice. Please note, the minimum of 8 guests still applies.

What should I wear to a party? Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Please avoid dresses or skirts. We provide all necessary climbing equipment.

Can I bring a cake if I'm not booking a climbing birthday party package? Yes, you can bring a cake, but please note that while you won't have a designated party table, a side table will be provided for the cake at all sites.
