Frequently Asked Questions about our Hull Climbing Parties

What is the cancellation policy for climbing parties at Rock Up Hull? To receive a refund, you must cancel your party at least two weeks in advance.

What if I don’t book the right number of climbers for my party? No worries! You can adjust your party numbers up to 3 days before the event (subject to availability). Refunds are available with at least 3 days' notice. Please note, the minimum of 8 guests still applies.

What should I wear to a party? Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Please avoid dresses or skirts. We provide all necessary climbing equipment.

Can I bring a cake if I'm not booking a birthday party package? Yes, you can bring a cake, but please note that while you won't have a designated party table, a side table will be provided for the cake at all sites.

What is included in the Hull Climbing party package? We handle setup and cleanup, provide necessary training and equipment, and include standard tablecloths, paper plates, plastic cups, utensils, unlimited water and squash. Additional extras can be added during checkout or any time leading up to your party day.

Can I bring in outside food if I pay the fee? Unfortunately, we don't allow any outside food to be brought in.

How do I confirm climbing party details and add extras after booking online? We’ll send you a party confirmation form where you can finalize the number of climbers, pizzas, and any additional add-ons. *Adding extras is subject to availability. To request add-ons, please email parties@rock-up.co.uk.
