We took our 4 year old today, and she had so much fun! She's not a very athletic child, but one member of staff was really kind and made up a little game to try to give her the confidence to climb higher and on more challenging walls. He'd climb up and hide a Teddy, and if she could climb up and get it 5 times then she got to keep it! He made climbing fun and supported her to use her own critical thinking on some of the harder walls.

Just came back from my sons Ultimate Birthday Party at Rock Up Hull. I can not imagine a better party for kids and my son (level 9 now) said it was his best birthday ever. Absolutely fantastic. Everything was planned and prepared by the lovely and most helpful staff at the venue.

I came here for the first time today and it exceeded my expectations! I booked the SEND climbing session for the child I care for. The staff were welcoming, warm and understanding. They encouraged and reassured him throughout and talked through any concerns or questions. Really appreciate the kindness and support from Ella and Jess.
Will be coming again!
