I went for an afternoon with 3 kids. There was so much to keep them busy. The walls vary in difficulty. Booking was very simple. All staff were very welcoming but one member of staff was beyond helpful showed exceptional customer service skills and provided all safety information clearly, so that all the kids understood. Also informed us of extra services available such as the drop slide which we did. She helped all the children reach higher heights she really made the the experience 10/10

Great climbing facilities. My little girl had the best birthday party at Rock Up. Very good value for money, efficient staff, fast service, clear safety instructions, good food nice extras for the birthday girl-couldn’t fault it at all. (We also had a soft play party there when she was younger and that was equally as good)

I was very impressed and amazed at the level of customer service provided by the team during our time at Rock Up. I wanted to introduce to concept of rock climbing to my 4 year old daughter and right from the start our instructor was highly effective, informative and professional in his approach. My daughter really enjoyed the climbing facilities which were very well maintained with a differentiation in choice of climbing racks. There is also a generously sized soft play area and cafe.
