It was our first time here today and my 13 year old son absolutely loved it! Great value for money and there is so much for the kids to do! It was easy to book our tickets online, the space was lovely and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, our briefer was fantastic with the kids and great at explaining everything. The food was really nice and very reasonably priced. We will be recommending this place to everyone and will definitely be back again soon.

Just had an absolutely amazing experience at Rock Up Manchester! My 6 year old son is autistic with additional needs and I was really nervous about taking him. He can get really overwhelmed and struggle with rules etc. Although he loves climbing (trees and curtains!) I’d never felt able to take him to a climbing wall. The whole team were brilliant - from start to finish. The woman on reception was really understanding when I told her he was autistic - and passed this info onto her colleague - who then made the whole team aware. They went above and beyond during his climbing session - enabling him to have a really positive experience - which will have had such a big impact on his confidence. We will definitely be back to try out the SEN sessions
