My 5 yr old loves Rock Up and asks to go back every time we have the opportunity. The climbing packages are good value for money (60-90mins of climbing plus soft play for up to age 5). Great indoor exercise and makes climbing as a sport accessible for everyone. We have found the staff very attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back again.

Booked an under 5s party for our daughters. The older children loved the climbing and younger ones loved soft play. It was well organised by the party host and good food. The party room had funky music, lights and a happy birthday banner which is everything that we needed and a lot more than others provide. It was a very stress free party which is always a plus. Special shout out to our host for making sure the party ran smooth and being extremely helpful!

Such a lovely place. Brought my 2.5 year old daughter for the toddler climb, she was really anxious but the staff were brilliant, putting stickers for her to climb to that gradually got higher and higher. They absolutely could have just left us to it, but they went out of their way to accommodate her and make sure she had a really good time. Without them, I don't think I'd have even got her to give it a go. Clean and tidy venue, great little soft play for after, tea and cake was great
