We start setting up 15 minutes before your party, so feel free to arrive then.

We handle setup and cleanup, provide necessary training and equipment, and include standard tablecloths, paper plates, plastic cups, utensils, unlimited water and squash. Additional extras can be added during checkout or any time leading up to your party day.
Can I bring in outside food if I pay the fee? Unfortunately, we don't allow any outside food to be brought in.
How do I confirm party details and add extras after booking online? We’ll send you a party confirmation form where you can finalize the number of climbers, pizzas, and any additional add-ons. *Adding extras is subject to availability.

Check Dates & Book OnlineReserved party room for 30 minutes: with an allocated host who will take care of the party. Table cover, plates, cups and spoons by Rock Up. Extra decoration possible but subject to centre manager approval.
Food & Drink: Chose from a pizza buffet (margarita/pepperoni), or a sandwich buffet (Ham/Jam/Cheese). Unlimited water & squash during party meal (Blackcurrant/Orange) by Rock Up and you can bring your own cake.
Invitation cards ready to print and online invitation.
All guests (climbers and non climbers) must have a waiver on file. It can be signed online (ideal to skip the line) or at the park.
Check Dates & Book OnlineAdd a party bag for all your guests to take home! Includes a Rock Up bag, water bottle, lanyard, and sweets. These can be added when you make your booking or at any time leading up to your party.
Check Dates & Book OnlineWhat is the cancellation policy for parties? To receive a refund, you must cancel your party at least two weeks in advance.
What if I don’t book the right number of guests for my party? No worries! You can adjust your party numbers up to 3 days before the event (subject to availability). Refunds are available with at least 3 days' notice. Please note, the minimum of 8 guests still applies.
What should I wear to a party? Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes are required for climbers. Please avoid dresses or skirts. We provide all necessary climbing equipment.
Can I bring a cake if I'm not booking a birthday party package? Yes, you can bring a cake, but please note you will not have access to one of our designated party tables.
